One thousand children singing their hearts out, three thousand family and friends whose hearts felt they would burst with pride. The Clic Sargent Christmas Celebration at the Royal Albert Hall was an unforgettable experience.
It was magical, energetic and noisy. And while I soaked up the atmosphere and enjoyed watching all the talented people it occurred to me that the secret to life, or one of them, was to find your passion, to do something you truly love. And that music is an essential part of life.
And I'm so grateful that a group of people from the band to the backing singers from the conductor to the dancers not to mention the music teachers doing what they're passionate about meant lots of money was raised to help children with cancer. And that my family (and many others) had a truly memorable experience.
